THE RESTAURANT
The restaurant seats 35 diners spaciously set in a welcoming bar and dining room and a large salon on the upper floor… an ideal location for ceremonies, events and meetings in an elegant and atmospheric setting.
Cuisine in continual evolution, each experience a surprise that never loses sight of its typically Mediterranean ingredients and colours. A unique gift for all lovers of authentic tastes and flavours.
THE VILLA
An elegantly refined atmosphere, an imposing Italian Art Nouveau villa going back to the early years of the 20th century, with attractively elegant Viennese style decorations.
The venue is very much in keeping with the restaurant’s cuisine, with an attentive eye for its details and extremely balanced in taste and harmonious matching. Ilario Vinciguerra Restaurant is an experience: an experience that leads the diner on a journey of the senses that combines ethics and aesthetics, tradition and innovation, through study, knowledge and technique, but most of all passion.
