The structure is extremely soft, the taste elegant but strong. It is an extremely digestible 1 kg Panettone thanks to the long leavening and the use of raw materials of excellent workmanship, including a research on butter, natural yeast, fresh eggs, precious Sicilian candied fruit, candied orange peel, sultanas and the wonderful vanilla beans.
